Center Stage Awards

Fox Cities P.A.C. is pleased to announce the recognition recipients of the 2022-23 Center Stage High School Musical Theater Program! Marking its 7th year of celebrating and supporting high school theater, this education initiative is engaging approximately 2,000 students from a record 31 participating schools in 10 counties in Northeast Wisconsin this season.

Ethan was recognized for Best Actor in a Lead Role for his performance in "The Sponge Bob Musical" from Center Stage Theater! He will now get to perform in the Center Stage Showcase at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center in Appleton on Saturday, May 6th.

Students selected for recognition in this category are now eligible to audition to earn a spot at the Jimmy Awards in New York this summer. Two out of the 16 nominees will be awarded this honor and will be announced at the Center Stage Show Case. Congratulations, Ethan!

The Jimmy Awards are essentially like the Tony Awards for high school students. Think of it like "nationals" for music theater students.
